This Mascara Base give your lashes the care they need. Lancôme's Cills Booster XL is a vitamin-enriched cream base that covers and protects the hairs of the lash, like you protect your hair. Leaves them soft and ready for any Mascara application. And with the tiny micro fiber, it really helps mascara to adhere and gives the result of full and fluffy lashes. Plus, it prevents the lashes from drying out and makes mascara removal a breeze.
The only side note I could find...once the lashes are covered with the white base they do not hold the curve form the lash-curler.
